Welcome to Boikhutsong Old Age Home

In 2001 Mrs. Shika had a vision to start a day care centre for the elderly after she saw how many of them had no care during the day. With funds from her own pocket Mrs Shika and her husband started collecting the elderly to look after them during the day.

It grew from two elderly people being taken care of during the day to being a old age centre of 84 elderly men and women residing in the premises and employs 24 full time staff members and one professional nurse.

Boikhutsong Old Age Home is based in Pankop, Masobe, Mpumalanga.
